Terms of service

TR Desk is a private customer-service tool operated for the TR e-commerce stores. These terms apply to everyone who signs in to it.

Access

Accounts are created by invitation only. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; an administrator can change your role or deactivate your account at any time.

Acceptable use

• Use TR Desk only to handle customer service for the stores you have been given access to.
• Treat customer data as confidential and don’t copy it out of TR Desk except where customer service requires it.
• Review AI-drafted replies before sending them; you remain responsible for what you send.

Connected services

Mailboxes and stores are connected through Google and Shopify with the permissions described in the privacy policy. Disconnecting a service in Settings stops TR Desk’s access to it.

Availability

TR Desk is provided as is. We aim to keep it available and secure but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
